1. About CMT Hub

CMT Hub sells A-Grade factory overrun denim jeans directly from factory stock in Pakistan. We operate an online storefront with Cash on Delivery (COD) payment and nationwide courier delivery. Product images on the site are representative — actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and batch differences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to receive deliveries at the address given.

3. Orders & Confirmation

• When you submit an order, you receive an Order ID and a WhatsApp confirmation message. Please reply YES to confirm your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order (e.g. incomplete address, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability). If cancelled before dispatch, you will not be charged.
• For new customers, we may contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify order details before shipping.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Product prices are displayed on the website (e.g. Rs. 1,499 per set of 2 jeans). Delivery is Rs. 200 unless the product subtotal is Rs. 2,500 or more, in which case delivery is free.
• All payments are Cash on Delivery. No advance payment, bank transfer, or card payment is required.
• Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you place your order applies to that order.
• Refusing to pay on delivery after an order has been dispatched may result in your number being blocked from future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan via courier. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details including delivery charges, holiday processing, and what to do if a package arrives damaged.

6. Replacements & Refunds

We offer a 14-day easy replacement for manufacturing defects and wrong dispatches. We do not offer cash refunds or size exchanges. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and how to request a replacement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website, submit false orders, abuse our support channels, or attempt to interfere with the operation of our Services. We may restrict access if we detect abusive behaviour.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMT Hub's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.

9. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
