Shipping Details

  • We deliver A-Grade factory overrun denim jeans across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
  • Delivery is Rs. 200 on orders under Rs. 2,500. Orders of Rs. 2,500 or more qualify for free delivery (product total only — e.g. 2 sets at Rs. 1,499 each). All charges are collected at delivery (Cash on Delivery). No advance payment is required.
  • Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's national public holidays are processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch (no delivery on Sundays). During peak seasons or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
  • After you place an order, we send a WhatsApp confirmation message. Please reply YES to confirm. For new customers, our team may also contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp to verify order details before dispatch.

At the Time of Delivery

CMT Hub is committed to serving customers in the best way possible. If the package is clearly damaged or the seal/box appears tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your Order ID and photos of the package.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We offer a 14-day easy replacement for manufacturing defects and wrong dispatches. Size exchanges and change-of-mind returns are not covered. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Pricing Policy

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice, for example when factory stock or promotional offers are updated. The price confirmed at the time you place your order is the price you pay on delivery (product total + delivery charge — Rs. 200, or free when the product subtotal is Rs. 2,500 or more).
